How much time do you spend in the shower? I thought I was spending about seven minutes until I actually timed it and realized that I was spending closer to FIFTEEN. Ah, the guilt! I couldn’t believe it! I now use a digital Ripple Shower Timer that beeps at me when I’m going too long and helps me wrap things up more quickly.
