Easter Eggs Au Naturale

eastereggslg.jpg

Dying Easter eggs this year? Consider skipping on the artificial coloring and make some natural dyes! All you need to make dye are some chopped fruits and vegetables, water and white vinegar. Oh – and a few eggs, preferably the cage-free, local, organic variety if available. After all, why use artificial food coloring when you can use pomegranate juice for red, spinach for green, blueberries for blue, or lemon peels for yellow.
